摘  要:20 kV配电线路相比10 kV配电线路因其能提高线路供电能力,在我国许多地方有应用,确定线路是否带电对检修工作人员的安全保障具有重要意义。对不同运行工况下的20 kV线路电场进行有限元仿真分析,在COMSOL软件中建立正常运行及故障工况下的仿真模型;探究导线水平排列以及三角排列对周围电场分布的影响,得出导线附近的电场分布规律,并分析某一相导线停电对线路电场分布的影响。基于相关分析初步提出了适用于20 kV线路的验电判据,若在导线正下方距离0.1 m范围内电场强度大于19.65 kV/m,即可判定此导线带电。所提出的验电判据可为后续验电装置的设计奠定一定的理论基础。Compared with 10 kV distribution line,20 kV distribution line can improve the power supply capacity of the lines,so it is applied in many places in China.It is of great significance to determine whether the line is live for the safety of maintenance personnel.In this paper,finite element simulation analysis is carried out on the electric field of 20 kV line under different operating conditions,and simulation models under normal operation and fault conditions are established in COMSOL software.The influence of horizontal arrangement and triangular arrangement of wires on the distribution of the surrounding electric field is explored,the distribution law of the electric field near the wires is obtained,and the influence on the distribution of the electric field of the line is analysed when a phase of the wire is cut off.Based on the correlation analysis,the test criterion for 20 kV line is proposed,that is,if the electric field strength is greater than 19.65 kV/m within a distance of o.1 m directly below the wire,the conductor can be judged to be charged.The test criteria proposed in this paper can lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent design of the test devices.
