摘 要:城市信息模型(city information model,CIM)作为数字城市发挥智慧作用的重要信息载体,近些年愈发受到政府和行业关注。从城市全局数据角度梳理城市职能机构各部门数据并进行集成整合,促进多源、多行业、多类型数据的共建共享和互联互通,力求用数据刻画城市特性,以发现数据潜在价值和实现城市智慧目标。剖析CIM的概念内涵和研究方向,依托已有数据基础,耦合各行业知识图谱,在相关标准规范的保证下提出城市数据分类体系、数据资源目录和CIM元数据模型,从层次特征和结构特征对城市数据资源进行全方位梳理,保障各类数据资源在统一体系中得以集成和规范,为数据信息的深层次融合和数据价值的最大化挖掘提供可实施基础。最后对CIM数据分类体系的功能用途和未来探索方向分别进行总结和展望。As an important information carrier for digital cities to play its intelligent role,city information model(CIM)has received increasing attention from governments and industries in recent years.From the perspective of overall urban data,we comb the data from various departments of urban functional institutions for integration to promote the co-construction,sharing and interconnection of multi-source,multi-industry and multi-type data,and strive to depict urban characteristics with data,so as to discover the potential value of data and realize the goal of urban intelligence.We analyze the concept connotation and research direction of CIM,and propose an urban data classification system,a resource directory list and a CIM metadata model under the guarantee of relevant standards and norms based on the existing data foundation and the coupling knowledge graphs of various industries.We also comprehensively sort out the urban data resources from the hierarchical characteristics and structural characteristics to ensure that all kinds of data resources can be integrated and standardized in a unified system,thus providing the implementable basis for the deep-level fusion of data information and the maximum mining of data value.Finally,the functions of the CIM data classification system and the future exploration directions of CIM are summarized and prospected respectively.
