摘　　要：对一起220 kV GIS设备外壳烧穿导致断路器跳闸事故进行全面分析。通过分析保护动作及告警信号,初步判断故障点在站内。现场检查发现GIS设备外壳已烧穿,内窥镜检查发现隔离开关动、静触头烧蚀严重。通过对故障隔离开关进行X射线检查及气室解体检查,明确了隔离开关动、静触头接触不良和负荷电流剧增是本次事故的主要原因,并提出了相应的防范措施。A thorough analysis is conducted on a shell burn-through incident of 220 kV GIS equipment,which results in a circuit breaker trip.By analyzing the action and alarm signals of protection devices,it is preliminarily determined that the fault point is within the station.The on-site inspection shows that the shell of the GIS equipment has been burned through,and the examination with endoscope reveals severe ablation of both moving contact and static contact of the disconnecting switch.Through the X-ray inspection and air chamber disassembly inspection of the faulty disconnecting switch,it is determined that the poor contact be⁃tween the moving contact and the static contact of the disconnecting switch and the sharp increase in load current are the main causes of this accident,and the corresponding preventive measures are proposed.
