注射透明质酸致面部血管栓塞的临床综合治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并总结透明质酸注射导致面部血管栓塞的紧急处置措施及后续治疗的效果。方法:2020年10月-2021年9月,笔者医院对收治的17例面部注射透明质酸导致血管栓塞的患者采取综合治疗,包括局部注射透明质酸酶、按摩、扩张血管、药物湿敷、清创换药及全身抗感染治疗等。结果:17例患者中,14例患者完全康复,2例患者遗留色素沉着,1例患者遗留瘢痕。结论:对于透明质酸面部注射引起的局部血管栓塞,及时采取综合治疗,可取得较好的治疗效果。Objective To summarize and evaluate the curative effect and prognosis of combined therapy on facial vascular embolism caused by injection of hyaluronic acid(HA)fillers.Methods From October 2020 to September 2021,the author's hospital took comprehensive treatment on 17 patients with vascular embolism caused by facial injection of hyaluronic acid.The treatment methods including hyaluronidase and urokinase injection,massage,blood vessel dilation,wound management and antibiotics,etc.Results Of the 17 patients,14 patients had complete recovery,2 patients had residual pigmentation,and 1 patient had residual scarring.Conclusion The combined therapy on facial vascular occlusion caused by HA filler injection is effective.Patients with prompt treatment may expect a better prognosis.
