盆底磁刺激联合点阵CO_(2)激光治疗阴道松弛症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析盆底磁刺激联合点阵CO_(2)激光治疗阴道松弛症(Vaginal laxity,VL)的疗效。方法:选取2020年12月-2021年8月于笔者科室就诊的VL患者118例,按随机数字表法分为磁刺激组(36例)、激光组(42例)和联合组(40例)。磁刺激组给予盆底磁刺激治疗,激光组给予阴道内点阵CO_(2)激光治疗,联合组给予盆底磁刺激治疗+阴道内点阵CO_(2)激光治疗。观察三组患者治疗前及治疗后3个月的阴道健康指数调查表(Vaginal health index score,VHIS)、女性性功能量表(Female sexual function index,FSFI)评分、阴道松弛度及盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力的变化情况。结果:治疗后3个月,激光组、联合组的VHIS、FSFI评分及阴道松弛程度改善情况均优于同组治疗前,并优于治疗后的磁刺激组(P<0.05);磁刺激组、联合组的盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力改善情况均优于治疗前,并优于治疗后的激光组(P<0.05)。结论:与单一治疗相比,盆底磁刺激联合点阵CO_(2)激光治疗阴道松弛症疗效更好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analysis the efficacy of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with fractional CO_(2) laser in the treatment of vaginal laxity(VL).Methods A total of 118 patients with VL treated in the author's department from December 2020 to August 2021 are selected and followed up successfully.The patients are randomly divided into a magnetic stimulation group(36 cases),a fractional CO_(2) laser group(42 cases)and a combined group(40 cases).The magnetic stimulation group was given pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment,the laser group was given intravaginal fractional CO_(2) laser treatment,and the combined group was given pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment+intravaginal dot matrix CO_(2) laser treatment.The changes of vaginal health index questionnaire(VHIS),female sexual function scale(FSFI),vaginal relaxation index and fiber strength of type I and II pelvic floor muscle are observed before and 3 months after treatment.Results At 3 months after treatment,the improvement of VHIS,FSFI score and vaginal relaxation degree in laser group and combined group was better than before treatment,and better than that in magnetic stimulation group after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength of class I andⅡmuscle fibers in the magnetic stimulation group and the combined group was better than that before treatment,and better than that in the laser group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single treatment,pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with fractional CO_(2) laser treatment of vaginal relaxation is better,worthy of clinical application.
