摘 要:目的:探究皮秒激光治疗文身的美学效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月于笔者医院门诊部去除文身者106例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将就医者分为对照组及研究组,每组53例。对照组行普通激光去除文身,研究组给予皮秒级激光治疗。比较两种方法的治疗疗效,采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评价就医者治疗期间、治疗后6 h、24 h的疼痛程度,并统计就医者治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗期间VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后6 h、24 h的VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为3.77%(2/53),观察组为5.66%(3/53),两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮秒激光治疗文身的临床疗效较好,且就医者术中疼痛较轻。Objective To explore the cosmetic effect of picosecond laser in the treatment of tattoo.Methods A total of 106 patients undergoing tattoo removal in outpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University were enrolled as the research objects between January 2020 and January 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,53 cases/group.The control group was treated with ordinary laser,while study group was treated with picosecond laser for tattoo-removal.The curative effect in the two groups was compared.The pain degree was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)during treatment,at 6h and 24h after treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions such as blisters and blood blisters after treatment was statistically analyzed.Results The overall efficiency of in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The VAS score in study group was lower than that in control group during treatment(P<0.05).At 6h and 24h after treatment,there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between study group and control group[3.77%(2/53)VS 5.66%(3/53),P>0.05].Conclusion The clinical curative effect of picosecond laser is good on tattoos,with relatively miler intraoperative pain.
