戴明循环管理模式在种植牙修复患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨戴明循环管理模式在种植牙修复患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年12月笔者医院收治的78例行牙齿种植修复的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例)。对照组围术期给予常规护理,观察组围术期给予戴明循环管理模式护理。术后均随访6个月,比较两组患者的种植成功率、满意度、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)]评分、疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)]评分、生活质量[诺丁汉健康量表(Nottingham health profile,NHP)]及并发症。结果:干预后,观察组患者种植成功率和满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者VAS、SAS、SDS、生活质量评分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:戴明循环管理模式护理有助于提高行牙齿种植修复的种植成功率并减少并发症,可改善患者心理状态,减轻患者疼痛程度,进而可提高患者满意度及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Deming cycle management model in perioperative nursing of patients with dental implant restoration.Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent implant crown restoration in the author's hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(39 cases)and the observation group(39 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the observation group was given Deming cycle management mode nursing during the perioperative period.All patients were followed up for 6 months,and the success rate of implantation,satisfaction,and psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating depression Scale(SDS)]were compared between the two groups.(SDS),pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],quality of life[nottingham health profile(NHP)]and complications.Results After intervention,the success rate of implantation and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS,SAS,SDS and quality of life scores of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Deming cycle management nursing can improve the success rate of dental implant restoration and reduce complications,improve patients'psychological state,reduce patients'pain,and improve patients'satisfaction and quality of life.
