眶周年轻化手术中眼轮匝肌的应用处理及研究进展

摘　　要：眶周组织衰老的主要解剖学病因为皮肤弹性降低,皮下组织容量减少及眼轮匝肌松弛,传统的眶周年轻化手术倾向于切除松弛的皮肤、疝出的眶脂和松弛的眼轮匝肌,对于眼轮匝肌的处理缺乏共识。眶周区域的肌肉主要为眼轮匝肌,利用眼轮匝肌进行眶周年轻化的手术方案这些年也不断进行演变创新。笔者对近年来眶周年轻化手术中涉及眼轮匝肌的处理进行了总结,以期阐明在眶周年轻化手术中眼轮匝肌的应用处理及相关研究进展。The main anatomical diseases of periorbital aging are decreased skin elasticity,decreased subcutaneous tissue volume and relaxation of orbicularis oculi muscle.Traditional periorbital rejuvenation surgery tends to remove loose skin,herniated orbital fat and relaxation of orbicularis oculi muscle,but there is no consensus on the treatment of orbicularis oculi muscle.The main muscle in the orbital region is the orbicularis oculi muscle.The surgical scheme for orbital rejuvenation using the orbicularis oculi muscle has been constantly evolving and innovating in recent years.This paper reviews the treatment of orbicularis oculi muscle in orbital rejuvenation surgery in recent years,in order to clarify the trend of treatment of orbicularis oculi muscle in orbital rejuvenation surgery.
