摘　　要：光线性角化病是一种发生于皮肤的癌前病变。由于其有发展为鳞癌的潜在可能,对该病及时、正确的诊断显得尤为重要。目前皮肤活检仍为诊断光线性角化病的金标准。然而,越来越多的研究表明皮肤镜在光线性角化病的诊断中具有优势。本文对皮肤镜在光线性角化病诊断中的应用进行综述。Actinic keratosis(AK)is a kind of precancerous lesion.Considered to be the continuum of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cSCC),it is important to get a correct and timely diagnosis for AK.At present,skin biopsy is still the gold standard for the diagnosis of AK.However,more and more studies have shown advantages of dermoscopy in the diagnosis of AK.This article reviews the applications of dermoscopy in the diagnosis of AK.
