摘 要:为探究泌乳期添加复合中草药制剂对母仔猪性能、母猪氧化应激与炎症及乳品质的影响,选取42头母猪基于背膘一致的原则随机分为对照组(CON)和中草药组(HP),每组21头。HP母猪于泌乳1~5 d(L1~L5 d)添加100 g/d的中草药制剂,L6~L21 d所有母猪自由采食。试验期间记录泌乳性能,收集血乳样品用于后续分析。试验结果表明:与CON相比,(1)HP在仔猪断奶窝重及窝平均日增重(LADG)上分别提高3.26%和4.92%(P>0.05);(2)HP在仔猪的腹泻率、腹泻频率和腹泻指数上分别降低14.77%、14.15%和11.11%(P>0.05);(3)HP在乳脂、乳能值(MEC)、乳能量输出(MEO)和平均日产奶量(AMO)上分别提高14.47%、8.99%、27.73%和17.07%(P>0.05);(4)HP在母猪的恶露持续时间上降低13.21%(P>0.05);(5)HP在常乳免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和白介素10(IL-10)含量上分别提高13.4%和16.4%(P<0.05);(6)HP在L21 d母猪血清丙二醛(MDA)浓度上降低43.6%(P<0.05),但在谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性上提高19.4%(P<0.05)。综上所述,哺乳母猪饲粮中添加中草药制剂可缓解母猪氧化应激及炎症反应,提高乳中免疫活性物质含量,为中草药制剂在抗氧化,缓解应激上的应用提供理论支撑。To investigate the effects of adding compound herbal preparations during lactation on performance of sows and piglets,oxidative stress and inflammation of sows and milk quality.A total of forty-two gilts were divided into control group(CON)and herbal preparations group(HP)based on backfat thickness.Gilts in the HP were given 100 g/d of compound herbal preparations from 1 to 5 days of lactation.All gilts were allowed to consume the same lactation diet ad libitum from 6 to 21 days of lactation.Lactation performance of gilts was measured.Blood and milk sampling were collected for subsequent analysis.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the CON,the HP diet gilts increased the weaning litter weight and litter average daily gain(LADG)of piglets by 3.26%and 4.92%respectively(P>0.05);(2)HP reduced the diarrhoea rate,diarrhoea frequency and diarrhoea index of piglets by 14.77%,14.15%and 11.11%respectively(P>0.05);(3)HP increased the milk fat,milk energy value(MEC),milk energy output(MEO)and average daily milk yield(AMO)by 14.47%,8.99%,27.73%and 17.07%(P>0.05);(4)HP decreased the duration of malodor in the gilts by 13.21%(P>0.05);(5)HP increased immunoglobulin G(IgG)and interleukin 10(IL-10)levels in milk by 13.4%and 16.4%(P<0.05);(6)HP reduced malondialdehyde(MDA)concentration in serum of L21 d sows by 43.6%(P<0.05),but increased glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity by 19.4%(P<0.05).The overall results indicated that the herbal preparations diet contributed to alleviate oxidative stress and inflammatory reactions as well as increase the content of immunologically active substances in milk,which providing theoretical support for the application of herbal preparations in antioxidant and stress alleviation.
