摘  要:本试验旨在探究日粮中补喂N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)对湖羊哺乳期羔羊生长及生长轴相关激素的影响,为NMDA在哺乳期湖羊羔羊养殖中的应用提供科学依据。采用单因素多水平随机分组试验设计,选取平均体重为(5.6±1.15)kg、体况健康的7日龄羔羊32只为试验研究对象,随机分为4组,分别为CON组、1.25 NMDA组、2.5 NMDA组、5 NMDA组,每组8只。所有羔羊正常随母羊吮乳,7日龄开始补喂精料,自由采食。在此基础上,NMDA补喂水平分别为0、1.25、2.5、5 mg/kg BW只,进行为期38 d试验。结果表明:(1)在生长发育方面,补喂NMDA显著提高了湖羊哺乳期羔羊总增重,以1.25 mg/kg BW时效果最佳。(2)在血液生化指标方面,哺乳期羔羊补喂NMDA 14 d血浆中,1.25 NMDA组血浆中白蛋白含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05),提高了14.12%;各组血浆中胰岛素含量显著低于CON组(P<0.01);5 NMDA组血浆中甘油三酯含量显著高于对照组及其他水平组(P<0.05);各组血浆尿素含量与CON组相比分别降低了24.1%、31.5%、21.3%(P<0.05)。哺乳期羔羊补喂28 d NMDA血浆中,各组血浆中胰岛素含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05);(3)在相关激素方面,补喂14 d及28 d NMDA哺乳期羔羊血浆中GHRH、GH、IGF-Ⅰ含量试验组均高于CON组(P<0.01)。综上,补喂不同水平NMDA,显著提高了湖羊哺乳期羔羊总增重,以1.25 mg/kg BW时效果最佳。湖羊哺乳期羔羊补喂NMDA能显著提高其血浆GHRH水平,进而提高GH、IGF-Ⅰ水平,且具有剂量依赖性。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of NMDA on the growth and somatotropic axis related hormones of suckling Hu lambs,and to provide scientific basis for the application of NMDA in the breeding of suckling Hu lambs.A single-factor multi-level randomized experimental design was used.Thirty-two 7-day-old lambs with an average body weight of(5.6±1.15)kg and healthy body condition were selected as experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into four groups,CON group,1.25 NMDA group,2.5 NMDA group and 5 NMDA group,with 8 lambs in each group.All lambs suckled normally with the ewes,and began to feed concentrate and feed freely at 7 days of age.On this basis,the levels of NMDA supplementary feeding were 0,1.25,2.5,5 mg/kg BW respectively,for a period of 38 days.The results showed that:(1)Supplementary feeding of NMDA significantly increased the total weight gain of suckling lambs,and 1.25 mg/kg BW supplementation had the best effect.(2)The plasma albumin content in 1.25 NMDA group was significantly higher than that in CON group after 14 days of NMDA supplementation(P<0.05),which was increased by 14.12%;The plasma insulin content in all groups was significantly lower than that in CON group(P<0.01).Plasma triglyceride content in 5 NMDA group was significantly higher than that in control group and other groups(P<0.05).Compared with CON group,plasma urea content in all groups was decreased by 24.1%,31.5%and 21.3%,respectively(P<0.05).The plasma insulin content of lambs of suckling fed NMDA plasma for 28 days was significantly lower than that of CON group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of related hormones,the plasma GHRH,GH and IGF-Ⅰcontents of NMDA-feeding suckling lambs in experimental groups were higher than those in CON group after 14 and 28 days(P<0.01).In summary,supplementation with different levels of NMDA significantly increased the total weight gain of suckling Hu lambs,and the effect was best at 1.25 mg/kg BW.Supplemental feeding of NMDA to suckling lambs could signifi
