摘　　要：通过分析国内外基础医学实验教学发展现状,文章以浙江大学基础医学实验教学中心建设为实践,主要从优化教学体系培养创新意识、探索实验教学中心开放机制、加强队伍建设提高实验教学能力等方面,思考新医科背景下基础医学实验教学中心建设若干思路和对策,以此推进现代医学教育创新建设,助力培养更多医学拔尖创新人才脱颖而出。The paper briefly reviewed the current situation of basic medical experimental teaching at home and abroad,then put forward strategies to promote the development of experimental teaching center under the background of New Medicine,based on the construction of the experimental teaching platform of basic medicine in Zhejiang University.The major strategies suggested are:optimize the teaching system to raise the innovative awareness,explore the mechanism of open experimental teaching center,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff to improve the teaching quality.All these measures aim to promote the innovation of modern medical education and help cultivate more medical talents.
