摘 要:为了探究Ni基催化剂对CH_(4)-CO_(2)干重整制合成气的影响,制备了Ni/TiO_(2)、Ni/MgO-TiO_(2)、Ni-Ce/MgO-TiO_(2)系列催化剂,并用于CH_(4)-CO_(2)催化重整反应,结合XRD、XPS、H_(2)-TPR表征,考察了制备方法、载体、助剂和活性组分含量等因素对Ni基催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:溶胶凝胶法制备催化剂具备较好的催化活性,并且该方法制备的催化剂中Ni主要以Ni^(2+)的氧化态形式存在;复合载体MgO-TiO_(2)中的MgO可与NiO形成促进干重整反应正向进行的NiO-MgO固溶体,TiO_(2)可增强活性组分Ni与载体的相互作用,且提高了催化剂的高温稳定性;适量助剂Ce的加入,可以实现消除积炭和提高催化活性的目的,在相对较低的温度下获得较高的合成气产率;Ni负载量为12%时,Ni-Ce/MgO-TiO_(2)催化剂获得最高好的催化活性。This paper intends to explore the influence of Ni-based catalysts on CH_(4)-CO_(2)dry reforming into synthesis gas.The study operates by preparing Ni/TiO_(2),Ni/MgO-TiO_(2),Ni-Ce/MgO-TiO_(2)series catalysts to be used for CH_(4)-CO_(2)catalytic reforming reaction,investigating the effects of preparation methods,support,auxiliaries and active components on the properties of Ni-based catalysts with XRD,XPS and H_(2)-TPR characterization for reference.The results show that the catalyst prepared by sol-gel method exhibits good catalytic activity,by which Ni in the catalyst prepared mainly exists in the form of Ni ^(2+)oxidation state;MgO in MgO-TiO_(2)together with NiO can form NiO-MgO solid solution to promote dry reforming positive reaction,TiO_(2)can enhance the interaction between active component Ni and the supporter,and improve the high temperature stability of the catalyst;Adding an appropriate amount of additive Ce can eliminate carbon deposits and improve catalytic activity,and obtain a higher synthetic gas yield at a relatively low temperature;The Ni-Ce/MgO-TiO_(2)catalyst shows the highest catalytic activity with the Ni loading by 12%.
