摘 要:水力造穴工艺是改善煤体透气性、提高抽采效率、缩短达标时间、实现降本增效的有效方法,传统的水力造穴工艺难以实现高效性、安全性与经济性的高度统一。因此,为进一步提高水力造穴技术的实用价值,提出了阵列式水力造穴方法,该方法通过增加造穴射流孔个数,将传统“一孔多穴多次造”改良为“一孔多穴同时造”,并开展了工程应用。结果表明,阵列式水力造穴技术不仅可以提高瓦斯抽采效果,而且在造穴方面兼有高效、安全和经济等特征。Hydraulic cavitation technology is an effective method to improve the permeability of coal,improve the extraction efficiency,shorten the time to reach the standard,and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.The traditional hydraulic cavitation technology is difficult to achieve a high degree of unity of efficiency,safety and economy.Therefore,in order to further improve the practical value of hydraulic cavitation technology,an innovative array hydraulic cavitation method is proposed.By increasing the number of jet holes for cavitation,the traditional'multi-hole multi-holes'is improved to'multi-holes at the same time',and the engineering application is carried out.The results show that the array hydraulic cavitation technology can not only improve the effect of gas drainage,but also has the characteristics of high efficiency,safety and economy in cavitation.
