摘 要:本文根据范各庄矿12煤层2227工作面受岩浆岩影响,导致煤层受热变质的范围和程度,对变质煤样品中的天然焦及热变煤浮沉数据及关键指标进行了化验,为降低变质煤对炼焦精煤的污染,通过煤层搭配调控入洗原煤煤质及洗煤过程提高一段分选比重,降低二段分选比重的方法,可以大幅降低变质煤对炼焦精煤的污染,稳定精煤各项指标,同时将天然焦选入中煤,增加了企业经济效益。本文对炼焦煤矿井受岩浆岩影响导致产生的变质煤通过洗选去除,降低对炼焦煤指标的影响具有参考价值,同时对天然焦及热变煤回收利用具有借鉴意义。In this paper,according to the analysis of the range and degree of coal seam thermal metamorphism caused by magmatic rock in No.2227 Face of 12 coal seam in Fangezhuang Coal Mine,the floating and sinking data and key indexes of natural coke and thermal coal in metamorphic coal samples are tested.In order to reduce the pollution of metamorphic coal to coking clean coal,the coal seam collocation is used to control the quality of raw coal into washing and the coal washing process to improve the proportion of first stage separation and reduce the proportion of second stage separation.The method can greatly reduce the pollution of metamorphic coal to coking clean coal,stabilize the indexes of clean coal,and at the same time,natural coke is selected into medium coal,which increases the economic benefits of enterprises.This paper has reference value for the removal of metamorphic coal caused by magmatic rock in coking coal mine by washing and reducing the impact on coking coal index,and has reference significance for the recovery and utilization of natural coke and thermal coal.
