摘 要:针对实际水下施工面临的动水环境,通过自制仿真水环境模拟装置研究了不同水流速度(0.2、0.5、1.0 m/s)对水下不分散修补料(JK-PR400M)性能的影响,采用空海一体智能化诊测技术评估了JK-PR400M的水下修复效果。结果表明:JK-PR400M在水流速度小于1.0 m/s环境中具有优异的抗分散性和界面粘结性,但会造成浇注偏移和表面冲刷流失现象;在水深6 m、水流速度0.5m/s环境下实现了混凝土面缺陷的快速修复作业,缺陷修复区剖面高程与设计高程偏差≤30 mm,修复效果良好,经济效益显著。In view of the dynamic water environment faced by the actual underwater construction,the non-dispersion of different water velocities(0.2,0.5,1.0 m/s)was studied by self-made simulated water environment simulation device influence of the performance of the repair material(JK-PR400M),the underwater repair effect of JK-PR400M was evaluated by using air-sea intelligent diagnostic technology.The results show that JK-PR400M is in water excellent dispersion resistance and interface adhesion in environments below 1.0 m/s.However,the flow rate will cause casting deviation and surface erosion.The rapid repair of concrete surface defects was achieved in an environment with a water depth of 6 m and a water velocities of 0.5 m/s.The deviation between the profile elevation of the defect repair area and the design elevation is 30 mm.The repair effect is good and the economic benefit is remarkable.
