摘  要:为避免蒸汽养护给混凝土长期耐久性带来的负面影响,免蒸养混凝土技术的研究逐渐得到重视,纳米水化硅酸钙由于其显著的早强功效而被应用于免蒸养混凝土制备。采用标准养护、蒸汽养护和掺加纳米水化硅酸钙晶核早强剂(n-C-S-H)3种方式制备C60混凝土,研究了n-C-S-H对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,10、20、30℃养护条件下掺n-C-S-H制备的混凝土12 h抗压强度较对比样分别提高了185%、113%、34%,并且其收缩性能与抗渗性能较蒸养混凝土得到明显提高。加入n-C-S-H缩短了水泥的初、终凝时间,加快了新拌混凝土的坍落度损失。n-C-S-H显著加快了水泥的早期水化,特别是C3S的水化速率,这种加速效果在1 d后逐渐减小直至消失。In order to avoid the negative impact of steam curing on the long-term durability of concrete,the research on non-steam-cured concrete technology has gradually received attention.Nano hydrated calcium silicate(n-C-S-H)has been used in non-steam-cured concrete preparation due to its significant early strength effect.C60 concrete was prepared by standard curing,steam curing and adding of n-C-S-H,and the effect of n-C-S-H on the performance of concrete was studied.The results show that the early compressive strength of concrete adding n-C-S-H develop rapidly.The 12 h compressive strength of concrete adding n-C-S-H increases by 185%,113%and 34%compared with the comparative sample respectively cured at 10℃,20℃and 30℃,moreover,its shrinkage performance and impermeability improve significantly compared with concrete cured by steam.The addition of n-C-S-H shortens the initial and final setting time of cement paste and accelerates the slump loss of fresh concrete.The n-C-S-H significantly accelerates the early hydration of cement,especially the hydration rate of C3S,and this acceleration effect gradually decreases until it disappears after 1 d.
