摘  要:人工彩砂以颜色鲜艳、性能优异等优点被广泛应用。综述了直接染色法、有机固化法、高温烧结法、陶瓷彩釉法、无机凝胶法等5种人工彩砂的制备工艺,对彩砂制备工艺机理与特点进行了分析,讨论了人工彩砂制备工艺中存在的问题,对不同工艺制备的彩砂表面形貌进行了对比。对彩砂在环氧地坪、沥青瓦、道路标线带、真石漆涂料、水磨石地面、艺术砂画应用领域进行总结。提出了耐磨彩砂、耐酸碱彩砂、耐水彩砂、耐溶剂彩砂、耐老化彩砂、功能彩砂等人工彩砂的研发方向。Artificial color sand with bright color,excellent performance and other advantages has a wide range of applications.The five kinds of artificial colored sand preparation method were reviewed.The mechanism and characteristics of color sand technology were analyzed.The problems in the preparation of artificial colored sand were discussed.The surface morphology of colored sand prepared by different techniques was compared.Color sand is summarized in the application fields of epoxy floor,asphalt tile,road marking belt,real stone paint,terrazzo floor and art sand painting.The research and development directions of wear-resistant colored sand,acid-alkali resistant colored sand,water-resistant colored sand,solvent resistant colored sand,aging resistant colored sand,functional colored sand and other artificial colored sand are put forward.
