摘 要:在实验室模拟一些工程上的非标施工,分析不当加水量,超长时间施工,河砂、水泥、乳胶粉替代量对瓷砖胶性能的影响,并分析其原因。结果显示,瓷砖胶在拌合过程中加水量过多或过少、瓷砖胶拌合完成后超长时间施工、增加河砂用量都会导致瓷砖胶的拉伸粘结强度降低;增加水泥用量不仅对瓷砖胶拉伸粘结强度的提高不明显,而且随着水泥用量的增加引起的干缩值增大,会增加空鼓、掉转的风险;当乳胶粉用量不大于5%时,能提高瓷砖胶的拉伸粘结强度,但同时会增大瓷砖胶的干缩率,乳胶粉的用量不宜大于5%。非标施工对瓷砖胶性能有不同程度的损伤,依据施工指导进行标准化施工才能充分发挥出瓷砖胶的性能。This paper simulates the non-standard construction of some projects in the laboratory,analyzes the influence of improper water addition,over-long construction time,river sand,cement and latex powder dosage on the performance of ceramic tile adhesive,and analyzes the reasons.The results show that excessive or insufficient water addition during the mixing process of ceramic tile adhesive,prolonged construction after the completion of ceramic tile adhesive mixing,and the increase of river sand amount can all lead to a decrease in the tensile bonding strength of ceramic tile adhesive.The addition of cement not only does not significantly improve the tensile bonding strength of ceramic tile adhesive,but also increases the dry shrinkage value caused by the increase of cement content,which increases the risk of hollowing and falling down.When the amount of latex powder is not more than 5%,it can improve the tensile bonding strength of the ceramic tile adhesive,but it will also increase the dry shrinkage rate of the ceramic tile adhesive.The external amount of latex powder should not be greater than 5%.Non-standard construction can cause varying degrees of damage to the adhesive properties of tile adhesive.According to the construction guidance,standardized construction can give full play to the properties of tile adhesive.
