摘  要:通过正交试验确定自密实混凝土基础配合比,通过外加剂调节混凝土的工作性能和物理力学性能,确定轻质超薄保温装饰一体化墙板的生产工艺。以自密实混凝土为外叶板,轻骨料混凝土为内叶板制备轻质超薄保温装饰一体化墙板,对其性能进行分析。确定制备自密实混凝土基础配合比为:砂率40%、浆骨比0.55、水胶比0.3、粉煤灰掺量30%,新拌混凝土扩展度为650 mm,T500为4 s,抗压强度为50.3 MPa;最佳增稠剂种类为温轮胶,掺量为0.12%,新拌混凝土的扩展度为680 mm,T500为3 s,离析率为10.2%,抗压强度为59.4 MPa;成型墙板与传统夹心保温外墙板相比,其厚度减薄41.7%,传热系数降低48.6%,单位面积质量降低53.1%。Through orthogonal test design,the mix ratio of self-compacting concrete foundation was determined,and the working properties and physical and mechanical properties of the concrete mixture were improved by adding admixtures.On that basis,a lightweight ultra-thin insulation decorative integrated wall board was prepared with self-compacting concrete as the outer blade board and light aggregate concrete as the inner blade board,and its performance was analyzed.The results show that the mix ratio of the prepared self-compacting concrete foundation was 40%sand ratio,pulp to bone ratio was 0.55,water to glue ratio was 0.3,fly ash content was 30%,the expansion degree of the fresh concrete slurry was 650 mm,T500 was 4 s,and the compressive strength was 50.3 MPa;The optimum thickening agent was determined to be warm roller glue,the dosage was 0.12%,the spread degree of fresh concrete slurry is 680 mm,T500 was 3 s,the segregation rate was 10.2%,and the compressive strength was 59.4 MPa.The production process of lightweight ultra-thin insulation decorative integrated wall board was determined.Compared with traditional sandwich insulation wall board,the thickness of molded wall board was reduced by 41.7%,the heat transfer coefficient was reduced by 48.6%,and the mass per unit is reduced by 53.1%.
