摘  要:通过地铁车站渗漏水调研,分析了地铁车站渗漏水病害的特征及成因,总结了地铁车站渗漏水病害治理的常用方法。研究表明,地铁车站主要有结构面、结构缝和特殊部位渗漏水3种;渗漏成因重点体现在材料劣损和结构变形2个方面;针对地铁车站渗漏水问题,以丙烯酸盐和吸水树脂为原材料复配了一种改进型堵漏材料,复配材料与纯丙烯酸盐材料相比凝胶时间最长可缩短47%,遇水膨胀率最大可提高55%,丙烯酸盐-吸水树脂复配材料适宜作为渗漏裂缝的迎水面封堵材料。Through the investigation of water seepage in subway stations,the characteristics and causes of water seepage in subway stations are deeply analyzed,the main waterproof measures of subway stations are summarized,and the common methods of treatment of seepage water diseases in subway stations are summarized.The results show that there are three kinds of leakage:structural surface leakage,structural seam leakage and special parts leakage.The causes of leakage are mainly reflected in two aspects:material deterioration and structural deformation.Aiming at the problem of water leakage in subway stations,an improved plugging material based on acrylic salt and water absorbent resin was proposed.The results show that the gel time of the composite material can be reduced by up to 47%compared with that of the simple acrylate,water expansion rate can be up to 55%,the Acrylate-Super Absorbent Polymer Composite is suitable for the surface sealing material of leakage cracks.
