10%精草铵膦可溶液剂配方开发及其对非耕地杂草的防除效果评价

摘　　要：为筛选出合格的10%精草铵膦铵盐可溶液剂配方,明确新配方产品对非耕地杂草的除草效果,为其在非耕地杂草防除方面的推广应用提供参考,进行产品配方开发和田间药效试验。通过对润湿剂和渗透剂的筛选,获得10%精草铵膦铵盐可溶液剂最优配方:48%精草铵膦母液23 g、Wynca 909 15 g、805 1.5 g、水60.5 g。所得制剂外观澄清透明,热储稳定性合格,润湿性能好。10%精草铵膦铵盐可溶液剂对非耕地杂草的防效随着用药量的增加而逐渐提高,药后30 d,使用剂量为300~600 g/hm2时,其对黑麦草、马唐、酢浆草和小飞蓬的株防效分别为81.88%~96.25%、 84.91%~96.70%、 85.71%~99.78%和82.81%~96.88%;鲜重防效分别为82.72%~96.43%、85.68%~96.84%、86.39%~99.82%和83.47%~97.04%。15%Wynca 909+1.5%805可用于配制10%精草铵膦铵盐可溶液剂,制得的产品性能优越,稳定性良好,可用于有效防除非耕地禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草,推荐使用剂量为300~600 g/hm2,兑水600 L/hm2茎叶喷雾使用。In order to select a qualified formula for glufosinate-P ammonium 10%soluble liquid(SL)and clarify the herbicidal effect of the new formula on non-cultivated weeds,this study conducted formula development and field efficacy trials for the product.The wetting agent and penetrant were screened,and the optimum formula was:glufosinate-P 48%TK 23 g,Wynca 90915 g,8051.5 g,water 60.5 g.The glufosinate-P ammonium 10%SL prepared with this adjuvant combination has a clear and transparent appearance,qualified thermal storage stability,and excellent wetting performance.The herbicidal efficacy of the glufosinate-P ammonium 10%SL on non-cultivated weeds gradually increases with the increase of application rate.After 30 days of application,when the dosage is between 300-600 g/ha,the control efficacy on Lolium perenne L.,Digitaria sanguinalis(L.)Scop.,Oxalis corniculata L.and Conyza canadensis(L.)Cronq were81.88%-96.25%,84.91%-96.70%,85.71%-99.78%and 82.81%-96.88%respectively for plant height control,and82.72%-96.43%,85.68%-96.84%,86.39%-99.82%and 83.47%-97.04%respectively for fresh weight control.The combination of 15%Wynca 909 and 1.5%805 can be used to prepare glufosinate-P ammonium 10%SL,which has superior performance and good stability.It can effectively control non-cultivated weed species and is recommended to be used at a dosage of 300-600 g/ha with 600 L/ha of water as a foliar spray.
