摘  要:采用气相色谱法建立了同时测定25%嘧环·咯菌腈悬浮剂有效成分的方法。利用DB-1毛细管柱分离和FID检测器,以磷酸三苯酯为内标,采用内标法定量。结果表明:在该条件下,嘧菌环胺和咯菌腈的保留时间合理,分离效果佳,线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R2)分别为0.998 2和0.999 8,标准偏差分别为0.119 5%和0.085 4%,变异系数分别为0.77%和0.83%,平均添加回收率分别为99.54%和99.70%,说明该方法精密度好,准确度高,可适用于嘧菌环胺和咯菌腈的定量检测。A gas chromatographic method was developed to separate and quantify the active ingredients in cyprodinil and fludioxonil 25%SC with DB-1 capillary column and FID using triphenyl phosphate as internal standard.The results showed that the retention time and separation efficiency of cyprodinil and fludioxonil were well with the new method.The linear correlation coefficients(R~2)between the mass concentrations of cyprodinil and fludioxonil and their responding values were 0.9982 and 0.9998,the standard deviations were 0.1195%and 0.0854%,the coefficients of variation were0.77%and 0.83%,respectively,and the average recoveries were 99.54%and 99.70%,indicating that the method has high precision and accuracy,and is suitable for the detection of cyprodinil and fludioxonil.
