摘 要:明确上海、浙江、江苏、安徽、湖北、湖南、江西、黑龙江8个省市采集的56个稻田稗草种群对氰氟草酯和噁唑酰草胺的抗性情况。采用室内整株生物测定法,于稗草3~4叶期茎叶喷雾处理,氰氟草酯在150、600 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下,噁唑酰草胺在105、420 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下测定56个稗草种群对氰氟草酯和唑酰草胺的敏感性;选择2个相对敏感种群及在低剂量下防效低于60%的疑似抗性种群进行抗性水平测定。56个稗草种群中有5个(8.93%)种群对氰氟草酯敏感、26个(46.43%)种群对噁唑酰草胺敏感;有51个(91.07%)种群对氰氟草酯有抗性、30个(53.57%)种群对噁唑酰草胺有抗性。对氰氟草酯敏感的5个稗草种群对唑酰草胺也敏感,对噁唑酰草胺有抗性的30个稗草种群对氰氟草酯也有抗性。采自上海、浙江、江苏、安徽、湖北、湖南、江西、黑龙江水稻田稗草种群对氰氟草酯已产生不同程度抗性,对噁唑酰草胺的抗性频率低于氰氟草酯,部分稗草种群对氰氟草酯和噁唑酰草胺有交互抗性。To ditermine the resistance level of 56 populations of Echinoloa spp.in our laboratory,which were collected from paddy fields in eight provinces and cities including Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Anhui,Hubei,Hunan,Jiangxi and Heilongjiang,to cyhalofop-butyl and metamifop.The sensitivity of 56 barnyardgrass populations to cyhalofop-butyl and metamifop was determined by an indoor whole-plant bioassay by directive stem foliar spraying at 3-4 leaf stage of barnyardgrass at doses of 150 and 600 g a.i./ha of cyhalofop-butyl and 105 and 420 g a.i./ha of metamifop;two relatively sensitive populations and the suspected resistant populations that had a control effect of less than 60%at the low dose were selected for the resistance level testing.Among 56 barnyardgrass populations,5(8.93%)were sensitive to cyhalofop-butyl and 26(46.43%)were sensitive to metamifop;51(91.07%)were resistant to cyhalofop-butyl and 30(53.57%)were resistant to metamifop.The 5 populations sensitive to cyhalofop-butyl were also sensitive to metamifop,and the 30populations resistant to metamifop were also resistant to cyhalofop-butyl.[Conclusions]The barnyardgrass populations collected from rice fields in Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Anhui,Hubei,Hunan,Jiangxi and Heilongjiang had developed different degrees of resistance to cyhalofop-butyl.The resistant frequency of barnyardgrass populations to metamifop was lower than that to cyhalofop-butyl,and some barnyardgrass populations had cross-resistance to cyhalofop-butyl and metamifop.
