摘　　要：目的:探讨人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)合并肝占位病变超声特征。方法:回顾性分析我院从2017年1月至2021年5月收治的HIV/AIDS合并肝占位病变患者65例病例。分析HIV/AIDS合并肝占位病变的超声特征。结果:肝脓肿14例,肝结核3例,原发性肝癌36例,转移性肝癌4例,肝淋巴瘤5例,肝间叶源性肿瘤3例。超声声像图都有相应的改变。结论:超声检查有助于早期发现断HIV/AIDS合并肝占位病变,为临床诊断提供参考依据。Objective:To investigate the ultrasonographic features of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)with hepatic space occupying lesion.Methods:65 cases of HIV/AIDS patients with hepatic space occupying lesion from January 2017 to May 2021 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Objective to analyze the ultrasonic characteristics of HIV/AIDS patients with hepatic space occupying lesion.Results:There were 14 cases of liver abscess,3 cases of liver tuberculosis,36 cases of primary liver cancer,4 cases of metastatic liver cancer,5 cases of liver lymphoma and 3 cases of hepatic mesenchymal tumor.There are corresponding changes in ultrasonic images.Conclusion:Ultrasonography is helpful for early detection of hepatic space occupying lesion in patients with HIV/AIDS and provides reference for clinical diagnosis.
