针刺横骨穴对功能性尿频尿急临床疗效及夜尿次数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺横骨穴对功能性尿频、尿急患者临床疗效及夜尿次数的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年7月我院收治的共计50例功能性尿频、尿急患者,按照随机数字表法分成研究组(25例)与对照组(25例),对照组采用艾灸横骨穴治疗,研究组采用针刺横骨穴治疗。对2组临床疗效、临床症状评分、夜尿情况及生活质量进行比较。结果研究组(92%)治疗总有效率较对照组(68%)更高(P<0.05);治疗后2组夜尿次数均减少(P<0.05),夜间尿量均增多(P<0.05),研究组夜尿次数较对照组更少(P<0.05),夜间尿量更多(P<0.05);治疗后2组临床症状评分均降低(P<0.05),研究组评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗后2组生活质量评定量表(SF-36)评分均提高(P<0.05),研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论功能性尿频、尿急患者采用针刺横骨穴治疗,可提高临床疗效,减少夜尿次数,增加夜间尿量,改善临床症状,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture at Henggu point on clinical efficacy and nocturia frequency in patients with functional urgency of urination.Methods A total of 50 patients with functional frequent micturition and urgency from January 2019 to July 2022 who were admitted to our hospital,and divided into the study group(n=25)and the control group(n=25)by random number table method.The control group was treated with moxibustion at Henggu point,and the study group was treated with acupuncture at Henggu point.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,nocturia and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results In comparision of the control group(68%),the total effective rate of the study group(92%)was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the nocturia frequency in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the nocturnal urine volume were increased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the nocturia frequency in the study group was less(P<0.05),and the nocturnal urine volume was more(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the scores in the study group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SF-36 in both groups were improved(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the study group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Henggu point can improve clinical efficacy,reduce nocturia frequency,increase nocturnal urine volume,improve clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with functional frequent urination and urgency of urination.
