摘  要:为研究矿渣-粉煤灰注浆材料的宏观性能与微观结构,利用正交试验和极差分析方法对矿渣-粉煤灰注浆材料进行了测试,研究了水玻璃模数、碱固比、水灰比、矿渣粉煤灰比等因素对浆液流动度、表现黏度、析水率、凝胶时间、28 d抗压强度等物理和力学性能的影响规律。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了注浆材料微观结构和宏观性能之间的联系。结果表明:水灰比对浆液的物理力学性能有明显的影响,水灰比与浆液流动度、凝胶时间、析水率呈正相关,与表现黏度、抗压强度呈负相关;水玻璃模数主要影响凝胶时间,二者呈正相关;碱固比主要影响析水率,二者呈负相关;矿渣与粉煤灰的比值对流动度和强度有较大的影响,随着比值的提高,浆液流动度和强度升高。利用矩阵分析法得到了料浆配比的优选方案:矿渣∶粉煤灰为7∶3、水玻璃模数2.0、碱固比4%、水灰比0.9。矿渣-粉煤灰注浆材料充分利用工业废渣,现场工程应用效果良好,研究结果为该材料的工程应用提供了参考。In order to study the macroscopic properties and microstructure of slag-fly ash grouting material,orthogonal tests and range analysis method were used to test the slag-fly ash grouting material.The effects of water glass modulus,alkali-solid ratio,water-cement ratio,slag-fly ash ratio and other factors on fluidity of grout,apparent viscosity,bleeding rate,gel time,28 d compressive strength and other physical and mechanical properties were studied.The relationship between microstructure and macroscopic properties of grouting material was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the water-cement ratio has a significant effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the slurry.The water-cement ratio is positively correlated with the fluidity,gel time and bleeding rate of the slurry,and negatively correlated with the apparent viscosity and compressive strength.The water glass modulus mainly affect the gel time,and the two are positively correlated.The alkali-solid ratio mainly affects the bleeding rate,and the two are negatively correlated.The ratio of slag to fly ash has a great influence on fluidity and strength.As the ratio of slag to fly ash increases,the fluidity and strength of the slurry increase.The optimum scheme of slurry was obtained by matrix analysis with the slag-fly ash ratio of 7:3,water glass modulus of 2.0,alkali-solid ratio of 4%,and water-cement ratio of 0.9.The slag-fly ash grouting material makes full use of industrial waste slag,and has good field engineering application effects.The research results can provide a reference value for the engineering application and promotion of this material.
