摘  要:为了研究大断面切眼二次成巷顶板下沉量大、工期长、效率低等问题,以任楼煤矿Ⅱ8_224大断面切眼为工程背景,采用相似模拟、理论分析和现场实测的研究方法,分别从围岩顶底板应力、围岩位移进行了分析。研究结果表明:大断面切眼在二次开挖时会产生二次扰动,顶板应力持续增大,不利于围岩控制;多点位移计监测的顶板各个测点相对位移为2 mm,变化量很小,顶板围岩并未发生过大离层情况,围岩变形处于安全界限之内;采用锚带网索支护后,顶板锚索轴力和锚杆轴力相对稳定,左帮锚杆轴力增加了4 kN,锚杆锚索受力均控制在安全范围内。研究结果为大断面切眼成巷提供了有益借鉴。In order to study the problems of large subsidence,long construction period,and low efficiency of the secondary roadway roof caused by large cross-section cutting,the II 8224 large cross-section cutting of Renlou Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background,similar simulation,theoretical analysis and on-site measurement research methods were used to analyze the stress and displacement of the surrounding rock roof and floor.The research results indicate that during secondary excavation of large cross-section cutting,secondary disturbances will occur,causing continuous increase in roof stress,which is not conducive to surrounding rock control.The relative displacement of each measuring point on the roof monitored by the multi-point displacement meter is 2 mm,with very small changes.The surrounding rock of the roof does not have excessive separation,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is within the safety limit.After using anchor belt mesh cable support,the axial force of the roof anchor cable and anchor rod is relatively stable,and the axial force of the left side anchor rod has increased by 4 kN.The stress of the anchor rod and anchor cable is controlled within a safe range.The research results provide a useful reference for roadway formation by large cross-section cutting.
