摘  要:为减少矿用轴流风机的中低频噪声,设计了一种局域共振型声子晶体双层板,并提出了一种隔声板隔声性能评价方法,基于该评价方法,利用数值模拟软件COMSOL对声子晶体双层板进行了结构参数优选。结果表明:声子晶体单板的带隙宽度随着包覆层厚度的增加而降低,而随着振子半径的增加而增加;在特定频段内,设计的声子晶体双层板隔声性能优于声子晶体单板。声子晶体双层板对轴流风机目标降噪频段(200~800 Hz)的传声损失(STL)比声子晶体单板高5 dB,对其噪声峰值频率(500 Hz)处的STL达到最大值58 dB,且不存在明显的隔声低谷频段,具有良好的隔声效果。In order to reduce the middle and low frequency noise of mine axial fan,a kind of locally resonant phononic crystal double-panel was designed,and a sound insulating performance evaluation method of sound insulating panel was proposed.Based on this evaluation method,the structure parameters of the phononic crystal double-panel were optimized by numerical simulation software of COMSOL.The results show that the band gap width of the phononic crystal single-panel decreases with the increase of coating thickness,but increases with the increase of oscillator radius.In the specific frequency band,the sound insulating performance of the designed phononic crystal double-panel is better than that of the phononic crystal single-panel.The sound transmission loss of the phononic crystal double-panel is 5 dB higher than that of the phononic crystal single-panel in the target noise reduction frequency band(200-800 Hz)of the axial fan,and the STL at the peak noise frequency(500 Hz)reaches the maximum value of 58 dB,and there is no obvious low frequency band of sound insulation,which has a good sound insulating effect.
