摘　　要：内蒙古某氰化尾矿Au品位为0.46 g/t,储量近100万t,并伴有Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn等有价元素,为开发二次资源,在样品基本性质详细分析的基础上,并结合现有在产工艺流程进行了大量的试验研究,研究结果表明:以MA+WPS-100为捕收剂,以2~#油为起泡剂,采用现有生产中一粗三扫两精的工艺流程,无需额外增加预处理工艺,即可实现Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn等有价元素的综合回收,实验室闭路试验可以获得产率为8.44%的混合精矿,精矿中Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn的品位分别为4.34 g/t、136.62 g/t、1.33%、0.65%、2.39%,回收率分别为70.18%、67.80%、79.82%、28.54%、77.76%,总体选矿指标良好,且选矿废水对环境和生产流程不会产生不利影响。The Au grade of a cyanide tailings in Inner Mongolia is O.46 g/t,and and the reserves are nearly 1 million tons,which accompanied by valuable elements such as Ag,Cu,Pb and Zn.In order to develop secondary resources,a large number of experimental studies were carried out in combination with the existing production process based on the detailed analysis of the basic properties of samples.The results show that with MA+WPS-1o0 as the collector and 2#oil as the foaming agent,the comprehensive recovery of valuable elements such as Au,Ag,Cu,Pb and Zn can be realized by using the process flow of one roughing,three scavenging and two refining in the existing production without additional pretreatment process.Closed-circuit experiments in the laboratory can obtain a mixed concentrate with a yield of 8.44%.The grades of Au,Ag,Cu,Pb and Zn in the concentrate are 4.34 g/t,136.62 g/t,1.33%,0.65%and 2.39%,respectively,and the recovery rate are 70.18%,67.80%,79.82%,28.54%and 77.76%,respectively.The overall beneficiation index is good,and the beneficiation wastewater will not adversely affect the environment and production process.
