摘 要:以环氧化合物为原料,单元醇为起始剂,碱金属作为催化剂聚合制得油溶性聚醚润滑基础油。考察了不同碱金属催化剂、催化剂浓度、聚合温度等条件对聚醚合成润滑基础油收率的影响。通过实验得出最佳催化剂为氢氧化钾,反应温度为130℃,催化剂用量为0.6%。并通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、红外光谱(IR)和质谱(MS)对其进行表征。结果表明KOH催化剂在催化目标相对分子质量较大的聚醚时产物收率较低,并确定了聚醚结构的存在,验证了环氧化合物制备油溶性聚醚的可行性。Oil soluble polyalkylene glycol lubricating base oil was prepared by polymerization using epoxy compounds as raw materials and alkali metals as catalysts.The effects of different alkali metal catalysts,catalyst concentrations,and polymerization temperature on the yield of lubricating base oil synthesized from polyether were investigated.Through experimental verification,the optimal catalyst is potassium hydroxide,with a reaction temperature of 130℃and a catalyst dosage of 0.6%.It was characterized by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),infrared spectroscopy(IR)and mass spectrometry(MS).The results showed that the potassium hydroxide catalyst had a lower product yield when catalyzing polyethers with larger target molecular weights,and the existence of polyether structure was determined,verifying the feasibility of preparing oil-soluble polyethers from epoxy compounds.
