摘 要:从电石炉气的特点、主要成分以及我国的行业能效基准要求阐述了电石炉气净化及综合利用的必要性,分别介绍了电石炉气的净化技术,并分析评价各种技术的优缺点。对电石炉气综合利用技术进行了详细阐述,对其经济性进行分析,电石炉气综合利用可降低单位电石产品综合能耗,推动电石炉气资源综合利用改造,使行业节能降碳效果显著,绿色低碳发展能力大幅度增强,为我国实现碳达峰、碳中和助力。This article elaborates on the necessity of purification and comprehensive utilization of calcium carbide furnace gas from the characteristics,main components,and industry energy efficiency standards in China.It introduces the purification technology of calcium carbide furnace gas,analyzes and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies,and elaborates on the comprehensive utilization technology of calcium carbide furnace gas,and analyzes its economy.It is proposed that the comprehensive utilization of calcium carbide furnace gas can reduce the comprehensive energy consumption per unit of calcium carbide product,promote the comprehensive utilization and transformation of carbide furnace gas resources,make the industry achieve remarkable energy saving and carbon reduction effects,greatly enhance the green and low-carbon development capacity,and help China achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
