摘　　要：邮寄借书作为近代图书馆的一种特殊流通服务,不仅扫除了时间限制,冲破了地域阻隔,扩大了受众人群,提高了服务效能,更是体现了图书馆为普通民众服务的公益精神。其建设主体呈现出进步人士、社会团体和实业界创办专业性邮借图书馆,公共图书馆和私立图书馆创设流通部相辉映的局面。通过对图书馆规章、书目和文献等运行保障的探析,以及邮寄借书中的读者对象、流通费、流通时间及借阅册数等流通要素多维度地梳理归纳,或许会对当今公共图书馆的“网借服务”有所借鉴和启发。As a special circulation service of modern libraries,mailing books not only removes the time limit,breaks through the geographical barrier,expands the audience,improves the service efficiency,but also reflects the public spirit of the library to serve the common people.It presented a situation that progressives,social organizations and businessmen establish professional mail libraries,and public and private libraries set up circulation departments.The paper analyses the operation guarantee of library regulations,bibliography and literature,as well as the multi-dimensional sorting and summary of circulation elements such as reader object,circulation fee,circulation time and the number of books borrowed by mail,in order to provide some reference and inspiration for“network loan service”of today’s public libraries.
