摘　　要：智慧防汛应急指挥系统依托智慧广电平台,提升决策调度管理水平,形成集“集智慧信息采集、信息发布、防汛预警、数据分析、综合指挥调度、应急处置为一体的跨部门协同、科学决策、高效管理”的全方位立体智慧防汛体系,显著提高城市防汛管理功能、减少部门协调时间、有效支撑城市平安度汛。Intelligent Flood Control Emergency Command System relies on the intelligent radio and television platform to enhance the decision-making and scheduling management level,forming an all-round three-dimensional intelligent flood control system integrating intelligent information collection,information dissemination,flood control early warning,data analysis,comprehensive command and scheduling,and emergency response,significantly improving the function of urban flood control and management,reducing the time for departmental coordination,and effectively supporting the city's safe and sound flood control.
