摘　　要：中国共产党坚持团结奋斗的理念根源于马克思主义关于人类解放事业的斗争策略思想,传承于中华民族代代相传的伟大民族精神,践行于党的百年奋斗历程;既与马克思主义基本原理和中华优秀传统文化一脉相承,又与中国具体实际与时代发展要求相适应。团结奋斗的内涵包含三个层面:以“加强全党的团结”为政治基础,以“党团结带领中国人民不断为美好生活而奋斗”为价值导向,以“加强全体中华儿女大团结”为力量支撑。面向未来,要在坚持大团结大联合中始终不渝地坚持党的领导,在增强一致性的基础上尊重和包容多样性,在增进团结的过程中将团结与斗争相统一,在聚焦中华民族伟大复兴的目标中接续奋斗,以团结奋斗创造新的历史伟业。The Communist Party of China’s adherence to the concept of unity and struggle is internalized in the Marxist strategic thinking of the struggle for human liberation,inherited from generation to generation the great national spirit of the Chinese nation,and practiced in the Party’s century long struggle practice.It not only inherits the basic principles of Marxism and China’s excellent traditional culture,but also adapts to China’s specific reality and the requirements of the development of the times.The core connotation of unity and struggle includes three levels:taking“strengthening the unity of the whole party”as the political foundation,taking“the party’s unity leading the Chinese people to continuously strive for a better life”as the value orientation,and taking“strengthening the great unity of all Chinese people”as the strength support.Facing the future,we must adhere to the leadership of the Party in adhering to the great unity and unity,respect and embrace diversity on the basis of enhancing unity,unify unity and struggle in the process of enhancing unity,continue to strive in focusing on the great rejuvenation goals of the Chinese nation,in order to create new historical achievements through unity and struggle.
