摘  要:安全稳定控制装置的主要工作职能是保障电网正常运行,成为电力系统的第二道防线。自2003年年初,国家大力开展风电集中接入电网,以此提高电网接纳风电的能力。风力发电能够在调整电源结构的同时减少污染气体的排放,符合绿色发展的健康理念。为分析安全稳定控制装置在风电集中接入电网中的应用,阐述了现阶段安全稳定控制装置的工作原理及工作特性,以某风能开发有限公司为研究对象,明确现阶段该公司集中接入电网的稳定性,并从系统结构、运行规程、储存信息、控制变量四方面出发,探讨安全稳定控制装置在电网中的应用,为保障风电集中接入电网的正常运行提供借鉴。The main function of the safety and stability control device is to ensure the normal operation of the power grid and is the secondary line of defense of the power system.Since the beginning of 2003,China has popularized intensive integration of wind power within grids to improve the absorption of wind power.Wind power generation can modify the power supply structure while reducing the emission of gaseous pollutions,which is in line with the healthy concept of green development.The purpose of this paper is toanalyze the application of security and stability control device in intensive integration of wind power.Itelaborates the current working principle and working characteristics of security and stability control device,specifies the stability of integration of a certain wind energy development company,and discusses the electrical applicationof security and stability control device from the perspectives of system structure,operation procedures,storage information,control variables.The paper may provide useful reference forensuring the normal operation of intensive integration of wind power within power grid.
