摘 要:电压暂降因其对连续性生产过程安全和经济的巨大负面作用而备受关注,它的频繁发生导致变频器频繁宕机,影响煤矿的正常生产。为实现煤矿关键变频设备的低电压穿越,提出了基于能量分析的低电压穿越治理方法。该方法通过电力-变频-电动机-风机联合暂态建模,分析暂降过程中各个环节的缺失能量,利用提出的图示法计算最优补充能量。经某煤矿通风机系统的仿真验证,所提出的治理方法不仅能保证关键敏感设备的低电压穿越效果,还能兼顾治理的经济性。Voltage sag has acquired considerable attention owing to its great impact on safety and economy of continuous production process.Frequent occurrence of voltage sag causes continuously recurring converter stoppage,consequently affecting the operation of coal mines.In order to realize the low voltage crossing of key frequency conversion equipment in coal mine,a low voltage crossing method based on energy analysis is proposed in this paper.In this method,the power-frequency conversion-motor-fan combined transient modeling is used to analyze the missing energy of each step in the sag process,and the optimal supplementary energy is calculated by using the proposed graphical method.The simulation of a coal mine ventilator system verifies that the proposed method not only ensures the low voltage crossing effect of the key sensitive equipment,but also takes into account cost-effectiveness.
