摘 要:目前时间同步技术在电力系统的应用已经成熟,电力时间同步系统通过卫星授时模块接收卫星导航信号,通过解定位方程获得时间信息和位置信息,形成了以北斗卫星导航系统为主、GPS为辅的多要素时间源选择机制。然而卫星导航系统易受周围环境影响,容易受到各种形式的干扰、攻击和欺骗。为解决此类问题,综合考虑不同模式的卫星欺骗信号及干扰信号,提出了时间同步系统防欺骗和抗干扰试验验证方案,通过搭建典型欺骗和干扰试验环境,分别对防欺骗和抗干扰设备的防生成式欺骗、防转发式欺骗、抗干扰能力等进行测试。试验结果验证了防欺骗和抗干扰设备保护电力时间同步系统免受卫星欺骗及干扰的可行性,所提出的方案具有借鉴意义。The time synchronization technology has been used in power system.The power time synchronization system receives satellite navigation signals through the satellite timing module,obtains time information and position information by solving the positioning equation,and forms a multi-element time source selection mechanism based on the Beidou satellite navigation system and supplemented by GPS.However,satellite navigation systems are susceptible to the surrounding environment and prone to be affected by various forms of interference,attack and deception.In order to solve such problems,this paper considers different modes of satellite spoofing signals and jamming signals comprehensively,proposes an anti-spoofing and anti-interference test verification scheme for time synchronization system,and determines the anti-generative deception,anti-forwarding spoofing and anti-interference capabilities of anti-spoofing and anti-interference equipment by establishing a typical deception and jamming test environment.The experimental results verify the feasibility of using the proposed anti-spoofing and anti-interference equipment to protect the power time synchronization system from satellite spoofing and interference.The scheme may provide exemplary reference for future research.
