摘 要:为了提高支架表面的综合性能,通过添加不同含量的WC颗粒,激光熔覆制备得到Ni-C/WC涂层,并分析其表面微观组织演变。结果表明:激光熔覆制备得到较平滑的Ni-C涂层,添加WC颗粒增强了一些无规则外形的结节状组织,产生了大量孔隙。WC颗粒含量提高后,在Ni-C/WC涂层内形成了不同强度的Ni衍射峰,形成了更小的Ni晶粒,加入80 g/L的WC颗粒时,Ni晶粒外径尺寸为29.2 nm。In order to improve the overall performance of the scaffold surface,Ni-C/WC coating was prepared by laser cladding by adding WC particles,and the evolution of its surface microstructure was analyzed.The results show that the Ni-C coating prepared by laser cladding is smooth.The addition of WC particles enhances some nodular structures with irregular shape and produces a large number of pores.With the increase of WC particle content,Ni diffraction peaks with different highest intensifies are formed in the Ni-C/WC coating,and smaller Ni grains are formed.When 80 g/L WC particles are added,the outer diameter of Ni grains is 29.2 nm.Smaller grain size is obtained in Ni-C coating,and smaller Ni grains are formed in Ni-C coating after WC particles are added.
