摘  要:某钢厂的下游客户在使用SWRH82BΦ12.5 mm盘条进行拉拔钢绞线的过程中,出现多频次拉拔断裂问题,断口主要为脆性断口。针对该问题,对客户使用的原始盘条和拉拔断裂的半成品分别进行化学成分、夹杂物、金相组织等检验分析。结果表明,本次客户投诉的脆性断口是因客户使用的原始盘条存在碰撞导致了擦划伤外观缺陷而形成,此外与用户的生产工艺也存在一定的关联。技术人员通过工艺改进,有效地降低了SWRH82BΦ12.5 mm盘条拉拔断裂的发生率。In the process of drawing steel strand with SWRH82BΦ12.5 mm wire rod,the downstream customers of a steel mill have the problem of multi-frequency drawing fracture,which is mainly brittle fracture.The original wire rod used by the customer and the semi-finished product drawn and broken were respectively inspected and analyzed for chemical composition,inclusion,metallographic structure and so on.The results showed that the brittle fracture complained by the customer was caused by the scratch appearance defect caused by the collision of the original wire rod used by the customer.In addition,the production process of the customer was also related to some extent.Through the improvement of the process,technical personnel effectively reduce the probability of SWRH82BΦ12.5 mm wire rod drawing fracture.
