摘  要:针对在某钢厂轧线上出现的平整机工作辊大面积剥落的现象,选取裂纹源处的部分断口试样进行金相检测,并选取有代表性的剥落块在日立S3700扫描电镜下进行断口分析,对断口形貌进行观察,并检测微区成分,综合分析导致锻钢轧辊大面积剥落的原因,相关分析结果对于锻钢轧辊的使用有一定的指导意义。In response to the phenomenon of large-scale peeling off of the work roll of a temper mill on a certain steel mill rolling line,a portion of the fracture samples at the crack source were selected for metallographic examination,and representative peeling blocks were selected for fracture analysis under Hitachi S3700 scanning electron microscope.The fracture morphology was observed,and the micro zone composition was detected to comprehensively analyze the reasons for the large-scale peeling off of forged steel rolling rolls.The relevant analysis results have certain guiding significance for the use of forged steel rollers.
