摘  要:对某公司生产的H型钢Q235B钢种,检测成材180°弯曲性能,弯心直径d=a时,在弯曲外弧出现不同程度的裂纹,对开裂试样裂纹的成因、控制裂纹源,进行了高倍检验、电镜分析。结果表明,夹杂物数量多是造成冷弯开裂的主要原因。通过对炼钢转炉工序过程工艺进行优化调整,跟踪12个月的生产情况,冷弯裂纹率得到有效控制。Production of H-beam Q235B steel grade and testing of the 180°bending performance of the finished product have a bending center diameter of d=a and different degrees of cracks appeared in the outer arc of the bending.The causes of cracks and high-power inspection and electron microscopy analysis were conducted on the cracked samples.The results indicate that a large amount of inclusions is the main cause of cold bending cracking.By optimizing and adjusting the steelmaking converter process and tracking the production situation for 12 months,the cold bending crack rate has been effectively controlled.
