提升套筒窑换热器清理效率的实践

摘  要:套筒窑换热器管束存在容易堵塞、清理周期短、清理时间长、清理难度大等问题,对套筒窑窑况影响较大,最终影响产量和质量。针对此问题,对首钢长治钢铁有限公司的贝肯巴赫套筒窑的应用现状进行调查研究,找出影响套筒窑换热器清理效率的主要因素,并针对性地提出改进措施。采取相应的提升措施后,套筒窑换热器清理效率明显提高,清理时间大幅缩短,大大提高了生产效率,取得了显著的应用成效。Sleeve kiln is used by more and more iron and steel production enterprises because of its compact structure,small footprint,low energy consumption,high lime activity,low overburning rate and obvious economic benefits.However,tube bundles of socket kiln heat exchanger are easy to be blocked,and the cleaning cycle is relatively short,the cleaning time is long,and the cleaning difficulty is great,which has a great influence on the condition of the socket kiln,and ultimately affects the output and quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the efficiency and shorten the cleaning time of sleeve kiln heat exchanger.
