摘　　要：为实现烧结机头灰资源的综合利用,分析了钢铁企业烧结机头灰的来源性质,以及其返回烧结使用时所含K、Na、Cl等元素对冶炼工序的危害,并以某钢铁企业为例,重点论述该企业的机头灰提盐工艺实践,阐述了除尘灰资源循环利用的意义。In order to achieve comprehensive utilization of sintering machine head ash resources,the source and properties of sintering machine head ash in steel enterprises were analyzed,as well as the harm of elements such as K,Na,Cl contained when it is returned for sintering use to the smelting process.Taking a certain steel enterprise as an example,the salt extraction process practice of the machine head ash in the enterprise was mainly discussed,and the significance of recycling dust removal ash resources was expounded.
