摘  要:炼钢生产过程中,转炉与连铸之间通过钢包进行钢水运输,并完成炉外精炼任务,钢包的周转效率是衡量炼钢生产节奏的主要指标之一。按照“温度损失=温度损失速率×时间”分析,最大程度地减少钢水在转炉与连铸之间的传递时间,可减少温度损失,降低成本。于是对转炉与连铸之间全流程的生产节奏进行了分析,通过减少钢包数量并控制各环节压钢时间,提升了钢包周转效率。In the steelmaking production process,molten steel is transported through a ladle between the converter and the continuous casting,and the refining task outside the furnace is completed.The turnover efficiency of the ladle is one of the main indicators to measure the pace of steelmaking production.The analysis of"Temperature loss=Temperature loss rate×Time"can minimize the transfer time of molten steel between the converter and continuous casting,thereby reducing temperature loss and reducing costs.This article analyzes the production rhythm of the entire process from converter to continuous casting,and improves the ladle turnover efficiency by reducing the number of ladles and controlling the pressing time of each link.
