摘  要:针对江西兴南环保科技有限公司的有机胺脱硫系统存在风机振动大、解析系统堵塞严重、阻力过大等问题,对含铜危固废富氧侧吹浸没燃烧炉烟气中H_(2)S产生机理及危害进行分析,提出提高冷冻过程中Na_(2)SO_(4)·10H_(2)O晶体一、二次成核率,控制成核速率与偏析等措施,有效减少了H_(2)S的产生,实现了离子液脱硫系统整体运行平稳,符合预期。In response to the problems of high fan vibration,severe blockage of the analytical system,and excessive resistance in the organic amine desulfurization system of Jiangxi Xingnan Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.,the mechanism and harm of H_(2)S generation in the flue gas of the oxygen rich side blown immersion combustion furnace for copper containing hazardous solid waste were analyzed.Measures were proposed to improve the primary and secondary nucleation rates of Na_(2)SO_(4)·10H_(2)O crystals during the freezing process,control the nucleation rate and segregation,and effectively reduce the generation of H_(2)S.The overall stable operation of the ionic liquid desulfurization system has been achieved,which meets expectations.
