摘　　要：对新疆昆玉棒材三段链台面上的短尺升降辊道存在的问题进行了分析,重新设计了升降辊道台面辊子结构,将辊道加宽,重新设计了传动电机的型号结构和龙门框架式电磁铁固定门架,采用电磁铁装置代替人力进行挑拣短尺材,减轻了短尺挑拣工的劳动强度,提高了挑短尺效率,减少了精整操作工的人员流失,取得了显著效益。The problems of the short foot lifting roller table on the three-stage chain table of Kunyu bar were analyzed.By redesigning the roller structure on the lift roller table,the roller table was widened and the widened and the model structure of the drive motor was redesigned,the gantry frame electrode fixed gantry was redesigned,and the electromagnet device was used instead of manually picking short rulers,it reduces the labor intensity of the short ruler adjustment and reduction,improves the efficiency of picking short ruler,and reduces the loss of personnel of finishing operators,and the benefits are obvious.
