摘　　要：离心球墨铸铁管浇注使用的承口砂芯生产过程中由于添加树脂、脱模剂、三乙胺等原料及生产中与压缩空气的相互作用,现场产生大量的气雾及有害气体,由于处理方法不完善,现场工作的环境恶化,不但危害工人身体健康,也不利于产品质量的提高。为保证产品质量、保障工人身体健康,根据现场存在的问题,使用智能化制芯中心代替人工作业,减少了人工投入,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本,开创了智能制芯中心项目在铸管行业应用的先河,促进了铸管行业在现代化水平和生产效率的提升。During the production of bearing sand core used for casting pipe,a lot of dust and harmful gas are produced due to the use of resin,mold release agent and triethylamine,which makes the working environment worse and not only endangers the health of workers,but also makes the working environment worse,also not conducive to the stability of product quality.In order to ensure product quality and workers'health,according to the problems existing on the spot,the intelligent core-making center is used instead of manual work,which reduces a large number of personnel input and production cost,it is the first application of automatic core-making project in pipe-casting industry,and promotes the improvement of modern level and production efficiency in pipe-casting industry.
