摘 要:介绍了国内某钢铁厂1320 m^(3)高炉采用第二代旋切顶燃式热风炉的工艺设计情况,阐述了热风炉系统的主要技术特点。该高炉投产后,热风炉系统各部位设施均运行良好,在单烧高炉煤气的情况下,平均风温达到1220℃。此工程应用实践表明,第二代旋切顶燃式热风炉系统运行稳定可靠,风温水平高,可在今后的热风炉新建和改造项目中大力推广使用。This paper introduces the technics design situation of the second generation cyclone type top combustion hot blast stove of a 1320 m^(3)blast furnace in a steel plant,and expounds the main technical characteristics of the hot blast stove system.After this blast furnace putting into operation,the facilities in all parts of the hot blast stove system operats well and the average hot air temperature reaches 1220℃under the condition of burning blast furnace gas alone.The application practice of this project shows that the second generation cyclone type top combustion hot blast stove system runs stably and reliably,and the hot air temperature level is high,so it can be widely used in future new construction and renovation projects of hot blast stove.
