摘  要:为了解决官地矿传统爆破卸压造成破碎区范围深度浅、范围广的现象,以23512工作面为工程背景,提出采用聚能爆破进行切顶卸压。利用数值模拟软件对聚能爆破的参数进行研究,分别对炮孔间距、炮孔直径和径向不耦合系数等进行研究,确定最佳炮孔间距为1.2 m、炮孔直径为70 mm、径向不耦合系数为1.6。对模拟结果进行工业化试验,经过聚能爆破后,巷道顶板下沉量及两帮移近量有了明显降低,达到了弱化顶板的目的。In order to solve the problem of shallow depth and wide range of crushing area caused by traditional blasting pressure relief in Guandi Mine,with 23512 working face as the engineering background,it is proposed to use shaped energy blasting for top cutting pressure relief.Using numerical simulation software,the parameters of shaped charge blasting were studied,including hole spacing,hole diameter,and radial uncoupling coefficient.The optimal hole spacing was determined to be 1.2 m,hole diameter to be 70 mm,and radial uncoupling coefficient to be 1.6.Industrial experiments were conducted on the simulation results,and after shaped charge blasting,the subsidence of the roadway roof and the displacement of the two sides were significantly reduced,achieving the goal of weakening the roof.
